In the years since its inception, this successful event has increased awareness and raised significant resources for the advancement of medical concerns in the region. The outpouring of support and enthusiasm for ARTcetera continues to increase each year, allowing it to flourish and evolve. The event is generously supported by many segments of the community, including regional artists, community members and local businesses who donate auction items or provide underwriting, as well as numerous volunteers who share their time by serving on our committees or by assisting at the event.

The Miller-Dwan Foundation would like to acknowledge the generosity of the auction donors who make ARTcetera possible. Their commitment to our cause is most notable. We are proud to promote these donors through an extensive high-quality auction catalog which includes details on each auction item and information about each artist or business. It is important to us that there is a connection between the audience and our auction donors that lasts beyond the evening of ARTcetera. In the past, ARTcetera events have done much to draw attention to and create support for health care in our communities. ARTcetera 2007, ARTcetera 2006 and ARTcetera 2005, featuring the custom built playhouses of PLAYcetera, raised funds for the campaign to build the region's first residential hospice house. ARTcetera 2004, ARTcetera 2003 and ARTcetera 2002 raised funds for the creation of a cancer resource library. ARTcetera 2001 raised funds dedicated to the purchase of a new Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) Linear Accelerator. ARTcetera 2000 proceeds were directed to improved radiation oncology and cancer treatment services for our region. ARTcetera 1999 benefited the Abilities First Fund, which serves people with disabilities.
